Privacy policy

4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is processed for the sale of motor-vehicle parts and accessories, customer communications, management of customer relationships, marketing and related purposes. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Data contained in the register
The register may contain the following data: the person's name, position, company or organisation, contact details, details of purchased vehicle accessories and the related invoicing information, and other information connected with the customer relationship and services ordered.
6. Regular sources of data
Data is obtained from the customer, including through messages submitted using online forms, email, telephone, social-media services, agreements, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer provides their data.
7. Regular disclosure of data and transfers outside the EU or EEA
Data is not disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.
8. Principles of protecting the register
The register is handled with due care, and data processed using information systems is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the equipment is managed appropriately. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose duties require such access.
9. Right of access and right to rectification
Every person included in the register has the right to inspect the data stored about them and to request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data. A request to inspect or rectify data must be submitted to the data controller in writing. Where necessary, the data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller will respond within the period laid down in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.
10. Other rights relating to the processing of personal data
A person included in the register has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them from the register (the “right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have the other rights provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to restrict processing in certain situations. Requests must be submitted to the data controller in writing. Where necessary, the data controller may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller will respond within the period laid down in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.
