Terms of service

Online store terms

These terms apply to the Virtatarvike Oy online store. The seller is Virtatarvike Oy, Finnish Business ID 3385149-3, Vetokuja 1 C, 01610 Vantaa, Finland. Contact us at info@virtatarvike.fi or +358 50 555 4195. Our store uses the Shopify platform.

Placing an order

Before ordering, check the product details, vehicle model and version, size and selected option. Ask us for help if you are unsure whether a product fits. Enter accurate contact and delivery details. You must be 18 or have permission from your parent or guardian to order. Keep the order confirmation sent to your email address.

Prices and payment

Your order is subject to the prices and terms you accept at checkout. You can see the total, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods before confirming your order. Any separate payment provider terms are shown with the relevant payment method. Later price changes do not change the price of an existing order. An obviously incorrect price does not bind the seller if the buyer should have realised it was an error.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery methods and charges depend on your selection at checkout. See our shipping policy for details. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before collecting your order. Contact us if delivery is delayed or there is a problem, so we can look into it.

Cancellation, returns and faulty products

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Our return policy explains the deadlines, return instructions, return costs and statutory exceptions. These terms do not limit your rights under that policy or the law. Our responsibility for faulty products follows applicable law; any warranty does not replace or restrict your statutory rights. Let us know about a fault so we can resolve it.

Website use and privacy

You must not use the website for fraud, to infringe others' rights or to interfere with its security. Product colours may look slightly different on different screens. We correct content errors we discover. We do not exclude liability for products or services where doing so would breach mandatory law. Our privacy notice explains how we process personal data.

Disputes and changes to these terms

Contact our customer service first if you have a problem. Consumers can also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Finnish law applies to the contract, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Your statutory right to bring a case before a competent court is unaffected. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the update. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms in effect when they were placed.
